Provides free mental health support for teens by teens. Teens can talk about any issue, large or small. Available 24 hours a day and teens staff the line from 4 to 10 p.m.

Youth Era. Hosts free virtual drop ins where teens can connect every weekday from 3 to 6 p.m. on a safe and supportive space called Discord. During “Virtual Drop” hours, youth can access activities such as chat rooms, video game competitions, cooking classes and mindfulness exercises.

The Living Room. Provides youth-centered online support for LGBTQ+ teens (ages 14 to 20) with virtual drop-ins via Discord, D & D sessions, book club and many other online activities.

Q Chat Space. Provides an online space for LGBTQ+ youth to talk about their experiences and connect.
